Job Description
Best Brains Learning Center, Pickering is looking for part-time Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) to teach Math and English to the students of ages 3-14. No lesson plans required. All teaching materials will be provided. All instructions are provided in the student's workbook.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education or College degree in Mathematics and English.
OCT Certified.
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
Responsibilities:
Available in person to teach.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Strong communication skills.
Love for teaching.
Teach and instruct with a teacher to student ratio of 1:5.
Be comfortable teaching both Math and English to student ages of 3-14 years.
Keeping track of student progress and providing feedback to parents/center Directors.
Attend teacher team meetings.
Arrive 10mins prior to the class
Availability
Wednesdays 4:30pm to 7:45pm
Thursdays 4:30pm to 7:45pm
Saturdays 10:00am to 1:15pm
