Are you a Maths graduate looking to gain paid classroom experience before teacher training or a long term career in education?
We are working with a secondary schools in Fulham who are looking to appoint a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS3 and KS4.
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers considering PGCE Schools Direct or Teach First.
The role
Supporting pupils within Maths lessons
Delivering one to one and small group numeracy interventions
Supporting problem solving reasoning and exam preparation
Working closely with class teachers SENCOs and pastoral teams
Helping pupils build confidence engagement and progress in Maths
The ideal candidate
Degree in Maths Mathematics Engineering Economics or a related subject
Strong numeracy and communication skills
A genuine interest in education and pupil progress
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
Considering a future career in teaching education or SEND
