Key Responsibilities
• Act as the overall technical authority for geospatial and enterprise system integrations between the following:
• AEGIS (Esri GIS environment)
• PremierOne CAD
• IBM Maximo (including Maximo Spatial)
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with business, GIS, public safety, and maintenance stakeholders.
• Design and document integration architecture, data flows, and automation workflows for:
• Data extraction
• Synchronization
• Self-service exports
• Define technical standards, patterns, and governance for:
• FME Form and FME Flow workflows
• APIs, scripts, and configuration-based integrations
• Oversee development and configuration activities, ensuring alignment with:
• Approved specifications
• Security and data governance requirements
• Guide implementation of:
• AEGIS PremierOne integration
• AEGIS Maximo data synchronization
• Maximo Spatial configuration and viewer customization
• Lead technical reviews, solution walkthroughs, and design sign-offs with CLIENT's stakeholders.
• Ensure comprehensive testing strategy, including QA, UAT support, and production readiness.
• Own deployment planning, including:
• Cutover and rollback strategies
• Post-production stabilization and support
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and preparation of runbooks and technical documentation.
• Participate in weekly progress meetings, technical workshops, and executive briefings.
• Mentor Maximo developers, GIS specialists, and integration engineers.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with at least 5 years in a technical lead / architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• IBM Maximo (on-prem or MAS)
• GIS platforms (Esri ArcGIS, enterprise geodatabases)
• Proven experience integrating GIS with EAM systems (Maximo Spatial).
• Experience designing and implementing automated data synchronization workflows.
• Working knowledge of:
• FME Form / FME Flow (or equivalent ETL tools)
• REST APIs, web services, and middleware-based integrations
• Strong documentation skills, including:
• Integration design documents
• Specifications
• Test plans and deployment runbooks
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working on long-running (9 12 month) enterprise programs with parallel workstreams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with public-sector or airport environments.
• Familiarity with PremierOne CAD or public safety systems.
• IBM Maximo certification(s).
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams
