Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to advising clients via call or chat
Provide information about the products and services to the client
Gives advice on investment such as stock cash services, future services and commodities
Update client information into the database
Need to achieve given sales targets
Handling Clients query regarding "Before trade and After Trade" through Inbound calls and chat
Responsible to ensure all activities is in adherence as per Compliance framework
Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments
