Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic MBA Fresher specializing in Marketing and Human Resources to join our team as a Management Trainee. This dual-role opportunity provides hands-on experience in both departments, offering a strong foundation to build a long-term career in either domain based on performance and interest.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Support social media content creation, email campaigns, and branding initiatives.

• Help organize promotional events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

HR Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation.

• Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and surveys.

• Update employee records and maintain HRMIS systems.

• Assist in performance appraisal and feedback processes.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing and/or Human Resources from a recognized institute (2024 or 2025 batch).

• Strong academic background with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
