As an MBA HR Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment consultancy in sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment processes are well-documented
- Provide administrative support for HR activities as required
