About the role:

Are you a driven MBA graduate passionate about sales, marketing, and the dynamic world of real estate? We’re looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers in Sales and Marketing to join our high-energy team and drive growth for our iconic projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Sales : Engage with potential buyers (first-time buyers, investors, NRIs) to pitch 32nd Milestone's residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, using compelling sales techniques.

• Master Salesforce CRM : Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to manage leads, track customer interactions, and optimize sales pipelines.

• Build Channel Partner Relationships : Collaborate with brokers and agents to expand our network, onboard new partners, and drive lead generation.

• Amplify Digital Presence : Create engaging social media content (e.g., Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, virtual tours) to boost brand visibility and attract clients.

• Analyze & Strategize : Use Salesforce dashboards to analyze market trends, position projects against competitors, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields (2024/2025 graduates) from top institutes.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for customer engagement.

• Interest in digital marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and content creation.

• Eagerness to learn Salesforce CRM and work with channel partners to drive sales.

• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving.
