The Role
Develop and execute external communication strategies for the Group, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and values.
Manage internal communication to promote a positive culture and enhance employee engagement by celebrating milestones, cross-company collaboration, focus on legacy and continuity.
Emphasis is placed on the importance of collaboration across different arms of the business.
Group-wide initiatives will be communicated through inter-departmental meetings, internal platforms, or group-wide newsletters to ensure every employee feels connected to the larger company vision.
Key Responsibilities
- External Communication: Develop and execute external communication strategies for the Group, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and values.
- Internal Communication: Manage internal communication to promote a positive culture and enhance employee engagement by celebrating milestones, cross-company collaboration, focus on legacy and continuity.
- Content Creation & Digital Presence: Manage content creation for marketing materials, digital media, and social platforms to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging and leadership profiling.
- Collaboration Across Companies: Work cross-functionally with different departments and companies within the Group to align branding efforts and maintain cohesive messaging.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, ensuring timely and accurate media coverage of the Group's initiatives and activities, whenever needed.
- Brand Strategy: Developing long-term strategies to position the company effectively in the market. This includes defining brand values, tone, voice, and identity.
- Marketing Campaigns: Developing marketing initiatives and campaigns that align with the brand's goals and reinforce its positioning in the market.
Understand how marketing and PR budgets function and find innovative ways to maximise their impact.
