Open Links Foundation (OLF) is an IT-based non-profit organization founded by Sanjay Dalmia (IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad) with a mission to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make government schools aspirational for all.
OLF aims to improve quality of education in government schools by (a) supporting and motivating teachers (b) partnering with district administration to improve program implementation efficiency for programs like FLN, scholarship practice tests, poetry recitation etc...
The program name is Vinoba. It simplifies and saves time for teachers. It helps in easy data collection and analysis for administrators. It has Facebook like features for sharing and learning and a vibrant teacher community.
The model is now well established with tangible improvements in outcomes. OLF works with over 55,000 schools, over 190,000 teachers and impacts over 4mln students in 33 districts (18-Maharashtra, 12-Chhattisgarh, 1-MP, 1-Bihar, 1-Gujarat). Role Description:
The Lead – M&E Data Analyst will drive evidence-based decision-making by leading monitoring, evaluation, and data analytics for programs supported through the Vinoba Application. The role entails designing robust M&E systems, conducting advanced data analysis, and generating actionable insights to strengthen program delivery and impact. This position also involves capacity building of teams, ensuring data quality, and producing high-quality reports for donors, management, and stakeholders.

As a Lead - M&E Data Analyst at Open Links Foundation, you’ll:
✔️ Lead and manage a team of data analysts to ensure quality analysis and reporting
✔️ Conduct data cleaning, compilation, and analysis for multiple programs as needed
✔️ Train and build capacity of stakeholders and internal teams on analysis & report generation
✔️ Curate and present program reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) at the HQ level
✔️ Design and develop user-level forms for various district-level programs
✔️ Establish and oversee an efficient data management system for the organization
✔️ Contribute to organizational development initiatives as required
✔️ Ensure compliance with organizational reporting requirements
What We’re Looking For?
🎓 Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or related field
💼 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, program monitoring & working with tech platforms
📱 Prior experience in application-based program execution (preferred)
💻 Familiarity with programming languages & database management (preferred)
👥 Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines
Remuneration:
₹6.0 – 8.0 LPA (Based on experience)
