• 5+ years of application architecture and development experience, 2+ in lead role
• Demonstrated experience in MEAN stack - Mongo, Express, Angular 4, and Node.js
• Ability to lead team to deliver high quality software
• Working with stakeholders to negotiate scope
Leading team through estimation of work
• Participating in planning of sprints
• Guide team through technical challenges
• Understanding of unit testing and commitment to cover all code with unit tests
• Familiarity working in an Agile DevOps environment
• Knowledge of building applications in a Microservice architecture
• Awareness of secure software development principals
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Interest in mentoring team members who are transitioning to use MEAN stack
