Job Description
Tutorac is seeking an experienced MEAN Stack Lead Developer to lead the development and delivery of innovative E-learning products. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience working as a MEAN stack developer and having a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences.
This is a Work from Office role in Hyderabad working from +:30 am to 6:30 pm!
We require people who are well versed having hands-on coding experience with MEAN Stack development (3+ years) including Javascript, Angular, Node, MongoDB and atleast 3+ months of experience in team management / product management!
Requirements:
· Should be well versed with MEAN Stack development having hands-on coding experience with Javascript, Angular, Node, MongoDB (3+ years of experience required)
· 3+ months of experience in Team/product management
· Strong technical background, including experience as a web developer, front-end and back-end developer
· Experience working with agile development methodologies
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
· Familiarity with the education technology and e-learning industries is a plus
Responsibilities:
· Lead the development of new and existing E-learning products, working closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and subject matter experts
· Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the development lifecycle from concept to launch
· Drive the implementation of new technologies and products to deliver exceptional user experiences
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and business requirements
· Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions
· Communicate product plans and status to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers
· Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and timelines
