Meat Processing Specialist – Korean BBQ & Hotpot

The newest must-try dining experience on the Gold Coast, Seoul Garden Korean BBQ Buffet at Pacific Fair, is quickly becoming the talk of the town! With over 300 premium ingredients on our buffet display, we deliver an unforgettable Korean BBQ and hotpot experience tailored to every taste.
We are now hiring experienced Meat Processing Specialists to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality meat cuts to delight our BBQ-loving customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a wide variety of meats into different cuts, including trimming fat, slicing, and de-boning
Portion and marinate meats according to quality standards
Monitor and maintain meat freshness and presentation
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of different meat parts and cutting techniques
Exceptional knife skills and experience using meat slicer equipment
Strong understanding of meat handling and food safety practices
