Aircraft Maintenance Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team in Tampa, FL.
Main Responsibilities:
Our A&P Mechanic will be responsible for identifying and correcting malfunctions in jet, turboprop, and reciprocating aircraft, components, and systems. They will perform routine, preventative, and AOG maintenance/inspections and modifications on customer aircraft.
Detailed Job Duties:
Perform mechanical duties on various Aviation manufactured aircraft, systems, and components, involving diagnosis of malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of various aircraft systems.
Conduct airframe and turbine, turboprop, or reciprocating engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and ground runs.
Use equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, hand tools, and specialty aircraft tooling.
Document work performed within the aircraft maintenance operating system via an assigned laptop.
Maintain a safe work environment following company policy and procedures common to aviation maintenance.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, A&P License required. 5 years of corporate aircraft experience necessary.
