Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of mechanical work performed on machinery and equipment
Plan, organize, and prioritize repairs and maintenance to efficiently manage work volumes and unexpected repairs
Perform oil changes and routine preventative maintenance on various equipment
Detect and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform ultimate repair
Welding and fabrication of equipment
Certify equipment for DOT compliance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with Trade School or Mechanical Background
DOT Certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leadership and motivational skills
Basic knowledge of computers and Windows-based software
English language proficiency
Physical Demands:
Lift 100 pounds as needed
Stand, walk, turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, speak, and hear continuously
Close vision required for some functions; distance and peripheral vision required for safety
