Mechanic Supervisors (2-4 Positions)
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Industry: Automotive / Vehicle Inspection
• Salary Range: SAR 6,500 to SAR 8,500 per month
• Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced Mechanic Supervisors to join our team. The Supervisor will not only be responsible for overseeing the mechanics’ work but will also provide training to new team members and ensure the quality and efficiency of reports prepared on damaged vehicles and second-hand vehicles for auction. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of mechanics, ensuring that reports on vehicle condition are accurate and comprehensive.
- Train and mentor new mechanics, helping them to understand inspection protocols and best practices.
- Review and approve vehicle inspection reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics in assessing vehicle damage and preparing detailed reports.
- Liaise with management to ensure timely and accurate completion of all vehicle assessments.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and auction houses to address any questions or concerns regarding the vehicle assessments.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in vehicle reporting.
- Ensure that safety standards and regulatory requirements are adhered to during all vehicle assessments.
• Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive mechanics, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle assessments and repairs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and train a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
