Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be capable of diagnosing and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We train no experience necessary

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues using various tools and techniques, including an ohmmeter, to ensure accurate assessments.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to optimize performance.

• Inspect components for wear and tear, ensuring all parts meet safety standards.

• Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to troubleshoot complex problems.

• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is essential.

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and technologies related to mechanics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Morning shift

• Inglewood, CA 90304: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
