About this role:
We are looking for an experienced sales admin professional to join our team as a commercial sales processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sales quotations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries about products, services, and order status
• Maintain accurate customer records and information systems
• Support sales quotations for new projects
• Coordinate with manufacturing and material control departments
• Process and track sales orders
• Handle service exchanges, repairs, and spare parts orders
• Support warranty claim system
• Manage back-to-back ordering from Germany
• Provide flexible support for additional company projects
Requirements:
• Technical mechanical sales admin background
• Strong customer service experience
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
