Job Description
As a Mechanical Assembler at Vention…
You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications within our dynamic Operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that every build meets our standards of efficiency, precision, and continuous improvement. If you have a strong mechanical mindset, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity will allow you to make a real impact on the products our customers rely on.
What You’ll Do
Meet production goals and uphold Vention’s high standards.
Assemble a variety of components, from simple to complex, including palletizers, conveyors, robot cells, machine tending applications, and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Vention's high standards.
Pick and pack orders in accordance with Vention's quality standards.
Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.
Qualifications

You’ll bring:
Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical connections.
2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, with technical experience.
Technical diploma in mechanical engineering, robotics, or relevant hands-on experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools, including familiarity with pneumatics and electrical connections.
Experience with data entry or relevant administrative tasks.
Proven track record in problem-solving and the ability to coach others through challenges.
Exceptional attention to detail to uphold customer satisfaction and product quality.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
