aposs responsible for handling machinery involved in raw preparation
enrobing
filling
and packing
driving improvement projects
supporting changes
and maintaining comprehensive documentation
Additionally
the role involves scheduling and planning preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment MaintenanceOversee the operation and maintenance of chocolate manufacturing machinery
including raw preparation
enrobing
filling
and packing machines
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production
Improvement ProjectsIdentify opportunities for process and equipment improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing machinery performance and reducing operational costs
Support Changes and DocumentationAssist in implementing process changes and equipment upgrades as required
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
equipment performance
and process modifications
Preventive Maintenance Scheduling and PlanningDevelop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment
Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend machinery lifespan
