Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Revit Modeler at SKETS Studio in New Delhi. The mechanical Revit modeler will be responsible for creating and managing the BIM data for the mechanical systems, collaborating with architects, engineers, structural & Interior and ensuring accurate BIM documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Experience in mechanical design and knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination.

• Understanding of construction documentation, industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.

• A mechanical BIM modeler works with architects, engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that the models accurately represent the project's requirements and design intent.

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems design and engineering principles

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• A mechanical BIM modeler generates 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from the 3D BIM models for construction documentation and coordination purposes.

• Knowledge till LOD, s 400.

• Experience with clash detection, coordination workflows, and BIM standards.

• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• Good communication

• 3+years’ experience

• Might have Western Country Project and Gulf Country Project experience.
