Exposure to Plastic part modelling, Mold Tool designing and manufacturing Process.Should be able to read and make mechanical drawings, Think creatively, and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. Should have experience in Sheet Metal designing and manufacturing processes.Should have hands on experience in Product development, Engineering system & BOM.Ability to handle the projects alone or work with the team.Should have knowledge of Product Engineering: How the product evolves, product life cycle etc. Should be able to carry out design calculations, component selection, design layout & Preparation of BOM as per manufacturing procedures and standards. Should be able to Identify and work on Cost reduction & Product improvement areas and take initiatives for improving Product Reliability. Should be good in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word. Maintaining records as per ISO +001-2000 quality systems. Should have good communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and internal departments.
