Mechanical Design Engineer.
Experience Required: 8+ Years.
Location: Pune, MH.
Skill Set: LS Dyna, Ansys Workbench, SolidWorks, PTC CREO and Material Science.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• 8+ Years of experience in core design & development domain.
• 6+ Years of experience in LS Dyna and Ansys Work bench.
• including linear and nonlinear analysis, material modeling, and dynamic simulations.
• Experience with CAD software and the ability to create and modify 3D models.
• Perform finite element analysis using LS-Dyna and ANSYS to simulate and evaluate the structural performance, thermal performance, durability, and reliability of products.
• Develop detailed FEA models to analyze complex mechanical systems and components.
• Conduct simulations to assess the impact of different design variables and operational conditions.
• Validate FEA models through comparison with experimental data and physical testing.
• Provide insights and recommendations for design improvements based on FEA results.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to optimize product designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Familiarity with additional FEA software tools and methodologies like SolidWorks / PTC Creo simulations.
• Certification in FEA or related disciplines would be nice to have.
