Job Overview
WTT INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions for our Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) projects. This is a full-time position based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in water. treatment systems.
Proficient in using Creo Parametric and AutoCAD software for 3D modeling and drafting.
Knowledge of pipeline routing, equipment selection, and detail engineering.
Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Experience in sheet metal design and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical ideas clearly.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
Roles And Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical solutions for ZLD projects using Creo Parametric and AutoCAD software.
Perform pipeline routing, equipment selection, and detail engineering for water treatment system design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed designs.
Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Participate in design review meetings and provide technical assistance to project teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and propose innovative design solutions,
