Job Description
Responsibilities
•Explore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation, process standards and Prepare assembly and part design / drafting.
•Ensure product design / drawings are released in conformity with technical specification and design standards.
•Generate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources.
•Optimize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addition by lean manufacturing techniques
Design & prepare plant/equipment layouts within budgeted timeline and cost parameters
•Optimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutions
Implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in new design
•Implement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seamless manufacturing and assembly of machine
Qualifications/Experience
• 2-6 Years of Experience
• BE/B.Tech Mechanical (Full Time)
• 70% Marks in 10th,12th & Graduation
• Design & Modelling experience
• Proficient in Solidworks
