Job Description:

• Experience in Solidworks/Creo Part Modelling, 3D Modelling, 2D drafting.

• Release GA drawings and manufacturing drawing to plant to stake holders.

• Design product from ideation stage to release of manufacturing drawings.

• Experience in Sheet Metal design and manufacturing process

• Design of jigs and fixture using 3D modelling software.

• Experience in Plastic material, plastic manufacturing process (Knowledge of Injection mold)

• ‘Experience of design and development as part of New Product Development, process redesign

• Focus on cost reduction idea (VAVE)

• Work on NPD (New Product Development) projects, ensure to deliver the products in committed time,

cost, and quality requirement

• Initiative, self-motivated, dynamic and a great team player

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma (M.E.) or B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)

• Experience: 1-3 years product design and development experience in mechanical engineering.

• Required Qualification/ Certification/ Training: AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks, DFMEA, GD&T, Stack-up

tolerance, VAVE, Design calculations

• Additional skills: Experience in Thin sheet fabrication, Plastic design, Injection mold design will be an
