Mechanical Design Engineer-Static-8 to 15 years-Noida

Requirements:
Vacancy : - 1 no.
Designation : - Mechanical Static Equipment engineer
Exp : - 8-15 Years of experience in EPC
Qualification : -
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8 to 15 Years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas Industry
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Strong Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
LOCATION : - Noida
Responsible for following
• Experience and knowledge reviewing of Process Data Sheets. MSDS and P&IDs Piping equipment Layout etc. Preparation of Document Applicability Matrix (Document standard list) for Package equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of design and engineering shop fabrication developments drawing of pressure vessels like plate developments for different shapes vessel, nozzle cutting profile, etc. Experience and knowledge of design and engineering of stack and chimney as per IS code applicable.
• Experience in preparation, of datasheets, specifications, lists, Quality assurance plans, fabrication specifications, and insulation specifications for pressured equipment
• Experience and knowledge of RFQ document preparation, Technical bid review, and vendor detail engineering review for pressured equipment Experience in the engineering of General Arrangement including detailing of nozzles and welding for pressured vessels.
• Experience in calculating and providing foundation load for pressured equipment. Experience in review of engineering of pipping and ducts connected to pressured equipment Experience in expansion joints engineering which is connected to pressured equipment
• Experience in design and engineering: Mechanical engineer experience should be in line with under described; Mechanical Design and engineering of pressured equipment as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and ASME Sec VIII Div 2 on PV lite.
• Able to read and understand process documents like P&ID’, PFD, Steam table etc.
Software skill:
• PV Light Ansys or CAESAR II
• Standard and Code experience;IBR · EN, DIN, ASTM and ANSI · ASME standard and code -pressured equipment’s.
Basic Qualification:
· B Tech in Mechanical Engineering (4 Years Course) from a recognized university. · 8-15 years of industry experience.
