Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for technical drawing and blueprint creation.
Strong mathematical skills to interpret and design blueprints accurately.

Experience with 3D modeling software to create comprehensive design plans.
Familiarity with building regulations and safety guidelines in the construction industry.
Capability to revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements in project specifications.
Must have a basic understanding of engineering principles and practices to support design decisions.
