Wed like to hire a new Employee for our Production, Quality department. Were looking for a Fresher Diploma, Degree Mechanical & Electrical Engineer with relevant academic scores, and good knowledge about manufacturing industries. This is a Trannys Engineer position job and the salary range is 11k to 15 k/month CTC. Attached youll find the detailed job description.First, I would like clarification about the Job Profile of a candidate in this company: For Diploma and Degree Engineer- Production and Quality Engineer- DET/GET basis job profile- Job -Location: Ahmedabad, Sanand, Baroda- 8 HOUR Duty (Sunday off)- 11k to 15k salary per month- Transportation and Canteen Available- Companies will give you proper designation according to your experience but your work performance matters most and first.- So Dont worry about your job profile, just think about what you can learn from these MNC companies and how it will give you benefits.- Just search the company profile and think about it.Ideally, wed like to have our new hire on board this week. Cradlewise is a startup based in Bangalore, Pune and California. We are a Direct-to-Consumer brand in the baby care space. Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.
Cradlewise smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup, learns from the baby’s sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep.

Position summary:
We are looking for someone who’s excited about being involved in all aspects that go into creating a successful consumer product, with the end goal of having well rested babies!
Primary roles and responsibilities:
• Plan, conceptualize, design and develop mechanical designs from concept to mass production
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering and vendor teams across multiple geographies to ensure a great product
• Develop and perform testing procedures for validation of new designs
• Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
• Perform engineering calculations to support design work
• Documentation and review of technical drawings, plans, specifications and testing processes
• Key Requirements:
• Bachelors / Masters in Mechanical Engineering or allied fields
• 2+ Years in new product design & development of electromechanical products
• Good exposure on sheet metal, injection molded plastics, CNC and plywood manufacturing process
• The flexibility to feel at home in a technology start-up with a small team that demonstrates adaptability to fast changing needs
Desirable Skill Set:
• High level of initiative, abstract problem solving ability
• Excellent prioritization and project development skills.
• Mechanism design-calculations
• Mechanical component selection
• CAD Package: Autodesk Inventor or the desire to master it.
• GD&T, ASME-Y-14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing
• DFMA, DFMEA and other methodologies
• PLM Process knowledge

• Creative with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Passion for product quality and attention to details
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive execution
• Must be a team player and effective collaborator with excellent communication skills
