Must hold a DME or BE certificate.
8-10 year of Steel Foundry Installation and Maintenance experience.
Knowledge of overall equipment effectiveness Experience in No Bake Molding.
Attend the Break down & Preventive maintenance of Foundry Plant, Furnaces, Sand Plant, Cranes & Hoists-Maintenance, Compressors, Mixers, & Sand Plant Unit.
Knowledge of erection & commissioning of new machines
Good knowledge of Installation of foundry equipments like Arc melting furnaces, Induction Melting furnaces, IMF or Omega Molding lines, Thermal Reclamation Plant, Secondary reclamation Plant, Continuous Mixers, Sand plant equipments, all types of Cranes.
Heat treatment furnaces, Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, Fettling equipment’s – Shot blasting machines, sand blasting, swing frame grinders, pedestal, grinders, Roto, die grinders (Pneumatic & Electric), Sand pumping systems, Compaction table, Dust extraction systems, Pumps & Compressors, Machine shop equipment – Lathe, milling m/c, Radial drilling m/c, shaping m/c, Core shooter, Lab equipment’s.
Documenting maintenance activities
Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery, and automated systems
Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work.
Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order.
Ensuring that machinery and equipment meets safety regulations.
Ability to Read drawings
