Mechanical Engineer Fresher in Purchase Department

Urgent opening for Mechanical Engineer Fresher Purchase Department in Manufacturing Industry @ Panchkula Haryana.

Experience - Fresher
Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 Per month

Qualification - Diploma & B.Tech - Mechanical Fresher

Required Skill Sets:
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and ERP,
 Good analytical and presentation skills,
Non–Technical Skill Sets:
 Effective verbal and written communication skills
 Self-motivated and ability to work independently,
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
 Proactive attitude and high integrity,
Must have been a consistent employee in the previous organizations
 Visiting vendors for their evaluation, quality checks, negotiation, etc.
 Convene weekly/ fortnightly meetings with reporting in charge and concerned stakeholders to review
projects so that work can be planned accordingly,
 Evaluate existing vendors and development of new vendors as and when required,
 Visiting vendors’ premises (Pan-India) at least once every year,
 Preparing purchase orders,
 Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to expedite delivery and resolve material quality-related issues,
 Analyze vendor quotes and select material from suppliers based on price, quality, and other factors as
per the procedure,
 Conducting vendor appraisals,
 Ensuring the team has collected ESIC and PF-related records of all vendors (registration number etc.),
 Making sure that the team has all test certificates in place,
 Any other work assigned by immediate senior or management from time to time.
 Systematic data maintenance and internal office coordination.
 Inventory Management.
