Job Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To
• Engineer has gained broad experience in multiple project and/or client types, or garnered enough experience in a single client or project type to be seen as a highly knowledgeable in that particular area.
• Engineer has the ability to lead a client/client team (1-5 staff), most project types, or major portions of large project utilizing their experience and education in HVAC and/or plumbing design.
• Engineer should have thorough understanding of energy codes and their impact on building designs. Engineer should have a thorough understanding of Trane Trace, including energy analysis.
• Engineer can work in an independent manner on most project and/or client types with minimal to no oversight by Engineer or Team Lead.
