Looking for 2021-2026 passed out candidatesQualification:- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentRole And Responsibilities:-Research, design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal sensors and devices, including tools, engines, and machinesKnowledgeable in the selection of Electromechanical OEM parts (sprockets, belts, etc.)Exposure to machine building, installation and commissioning will be an added advantageProficiency with Mechanical functions and principlesAnalyzing and testing prototypes and each revision of a deviceFamiliarities with Electrical / Controls / Pneumatics and hydraulics basicsPerform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical condition.Adhere to the safety standards with the use of required PPEs Behaviour Based Safety guidelines.Follow and implement the highest housekeeping standards in the work area.Report and coordinate with engineers and the Stores department for the upkeep of the spares inventory.Initiation of work permits for various maintenance work.Report incidents or violations of Zero Tolerance Points to immediate superior Function / Agency Purpose of Interaction Frequency Operations.Experience in Design for Excellence (DFx)Ensure proper lubrication like oil grease in regular intervals to maintain equipment in good condition.Developing, initiating and managing all phases of projects.Perform engineering duties in the design or alteration of machines, sections, systems, units, or parts with consideration of manufacturing feasibility, cost, and operationShould have hands-on experience in the maintenance of rotary equipment like Pumps, Compressors, dryers, structural erection fabrication, Heat exchanger maintenance, Fire pumps Diesel engine maintenance.Followed NPD/ VAVE / Engineering processRepair pieces of equipment as per the Predictive, Preventive Breakdown maintenance schedule.Perform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical condition.Adhere to the safety standards with the use of required PPEs Behaviour Based Safety guidelines.Follow and implement the highest housekeeping standards in the work area.Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results.Mechanical engineers need to be technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.Produce specifications for, design, develop, manufacture and install new or modified mechanical components or systems. Ensure the regular maintenance of tools and tackles.Should have worked on at least a couple of engineering projects from start to finish (Scope, Specification, Idea, Concept Engineering, Design Verification/validation, DFx, VAVE and Cross-functional team experience3D CAD modeling and detailing engineering â should be able to create 3D modeling and associated 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T.Adherence to CAD standards â ISO, DIN, ANSI, and experience in MBD will be an added advantage
