Execute Preventive maintenance jobs across the plant
Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyze the reason for failures
Grievance handling of subordinates
Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines
Implement energy conservation projects
Co-ordinate with production, technical, and planning departments for smooth workflow
Plan and execute Improvement plans
Maintain discipline on the shop floor
Provide training to workmen
Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section/zone
Achieve profit center norms
Spares management
Man management of maintenance crew.
