Job Description
Primary Duties :
• Review Equipment drawings, datasheets, layouts
• Carry out FEED and detail engineering activities, such as preparation of requisitions, Vendor offer review and technical bid evaluations, vendor drawing review etc.
• Carry out Mechanical design of process equipment like pressure vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers and tanks
• Preparation of Material requisition , Technical evaluation of vendor offers
• Order specification and review of vendor drawings
• All procurement activities such as preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet, Material requisition for Enquiry, Technical Bid Evaluation of vendor offers
Desired Candidate :
• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge of major industry practices Codes and Standards (e.g. API, ASME, HI, NFPA PIP etc
