Roles Responsibilities
• Production Supervision:
• Supervise the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Quotation Preparation:
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Purchase Inquiries:
• Raise purchase inquiries for necessary raw materials and equipment.
• Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate terms, and select reliable suppliers.
• Manpower Management:
• Manage the workforce by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Identify training needs and provide guidance to enhance the skills of the production team.
• Production Planning:
• Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Maintain efficient resource allocation and optimize production schedules.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels of key production raw materials.
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid production interruptions.
• Technical Expertise:
• Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to oversee fabrication processes, pumps, valves, piping, and other related components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the final products adhere to industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing procedures.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance.
