Technical Inside Sales
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Our client a manufacturer of pumps, mechanical seals, and valves is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering background or experience in industrial equipment sales/support, especially within manufacturing environments such as pumps, valves, or related mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
Prepare quotations and assist with order processing
Provide technical or product support to customers when needed
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications
A background or education in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field)
Recent graduates from a Canadian college or university are encouraged to apply
Interest in pursuing a career in technical or industrial sales
Any experience in sales, customer service, or manufacturing is an asset, but not required
Basic familiarity with industrial equipment (such as pumps, valves, or mechanical components) is a plus
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
