We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in the metal industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in dies, tools, rollers, and other mechanical components used in metal processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
• Work with dies, tools, rollers, and related mechanical components for manufacturing and maintenance.
• Ensure proper design, selection, and application of mechanical tools in production processes.
• Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical failures.
• Ensure compliance with Industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the metal industry (3-5 Years)
• Strong understanding of dies, tools, rollers, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
