Job Title :- Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location :- Jaipur

Qualifications & Experience:- B.Tech/BE - Mechanical

Experience:- 5-8 years

Must have:- Hands on experience on CNC Machines & core maintenance activities

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Maintenance planner, mentor & demonstrator

· Sound knowledge of CNC Machines & conventional machines

· Knowledge of Heat treatment processes & Controls.

· Must be familiar with QMS, EHS, EMS, & Fire Safety, CQI + & various national/ International standards.

· Should have hands-on with shop floor management to have maximum utilization of resources

· Must be familiar with various quality tools like RCA, FMEA, Control plan, continual improvement, loss identification, data analysis, waste management,

· Having knowledge & Performer of TPM Practices

· Should have good communication skills

· Should have attitude toward Cost & Energy Reduction initiative

Skill Requirements:

· Should be sound with Core maintenance activities

· Hydraulics & Pneumatics understanding and ability to troubleshoot

· Mechanical actuators/valves/Power train systems

· Lubrication management with best-in-class methodology

· Material movement by conveyorized system and parts

· CNC machine understanding from structure to trouble shoot with methodology of Ball screw/ LM system

· Familiar with heat treatment equipments like carburizing furnaces, Rotary hearth, shot blast machines etc. Should have worked in heat treatment shop with exposure in maintenance

· Ability to identify RCA with defined action plan

· Able to do Kaizen/Pokayoke & modification in system design and upgradation if any
