Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote safety awareness.
Correct hazards within your control and recognize environmental impacts, working to minimize negative effects.
Engage in HSE training and contribute to a culture of safety.
Quality
Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship in all maintenance activities.
Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.
Perform work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools and measuring instruments.
Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system and follow all process documentation and quality procedures.
Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures and perform quality inspections.
Delivery
Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment effectively.
Perform and document preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and schedule maintenance activities around production requirements.
Solve problems, improve processes, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Teamwork

Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Actively participate in local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to enhance quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
Experience
3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, assembly maintenance (pressing machines, tightening equipment, vision systems, bearings, spindles, test machines), and basic PLC troubleshooting.
Project support experience for machine inspection, installation, and commissioning.
Demonstrated capability to define and complete continuous improvement projects.
Ability to ensure equipment uptime, MTTR, and MTBF targets.
Knowledge of critical spares management and maintaining minimum/maximum levels.
Proficient in operating and maintaining various powered tools and equipment.
Ability to use, operate, troubleshoot, and repair all company equipment and systems.
Understanding of HSE fundamentals, including LOTO processes, machine guarding, and electrical safety.
Good knowledge of HSEMS, OHSAS, and IATF audits.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to mentor and train team members.
