Urgently required Diploma or Engineering Mechanical

• Mechanical Maintenance Technician ( Minimum 2 years experience)
• Primary Responsibilities:
- Welding: Execute precision TIG and ARC welding tasks to repair, fabricate, and modify mechanical components.
- Cutting: Employ various cutting techniques (e.g., plasma, oxy-acetylene) to shape and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Machinery Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and production losses.
- Audit Handling: Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in TIG and ARC welding, cutting, and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional Requirements:
- Valid welding certifications (as applicable).
- Experience in maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
