Rivercrest Apartment Community is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must possess good reasoning and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a positive team-player attitude.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities &

Duties:

• Assist with maintenance improvement projects

• Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds

• Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy

• Perform work order requests

• Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal
