Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent
DESCRIPTION:
Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims.
Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records.
Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process.
Research and propose solutions to quality control issues.
Perform quantities take offs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited university.
Civil, building or infrastructure sector.
Previous experience as a field engineer or office engineer desired
Knowledge of Estimating , Scheduling or AutoCAD desired
MS Office (WORD/Exce/Outlook/PowerPoint), Procure, Bluebeam
Excellent written and verbal skills.
