We are recruiting an Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Glasgow!
The Role
Ensure all PPMs are carried out in line with PPM planner and SLAs.
Ensure all vendors deliver services in line with the contractual obligations and expectations.
To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.
Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, also liaising with client on site team.
Identifying faults found during PPMs and ensuring the most cost effective and environmentally suitable resolutions are priced and put forward.
Organising and planning all works outside of normal working hours.
Regular plant room checks.
Hours
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
Overtime & weekend flexibility required
On-Call schedule available
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3
Maintenance experience
FM Knowledge or experience.
