Mechanical Procurement Engineer (Construction)
Urgent requirement for a Mechanical Procurement Engineer (construction) in our client company.
Responsibilities-
Negotiation with vendor and supplier.
To create a database of potential and current suppliers.
To check the quality of material provided at sites.
Bills verification and vendor payment
Collect all the quotes from vendors && make comparative for the same.
Coordination & follow-up with Architects /Consultants for required quantity && quality.
Checking product availability at different Vendors with best rate negotiation.
Prepare contractors agreement, work contract && service order.
Maintain track sheet of work order & service order in excel stage-wise of payment status.
Approved makes it final with management before placing the order.
Work Closure to be done with billing && audit of all submitted bills.
Check daily basis requirements on the indent sheet.
To keep a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency.
Vendor development
Send Purchase /Work order to the vendor
Coordination with Accounts department regarding bills.
Note- Immediate joiner will be preferable
