Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Oversee the on-site installation of equipment, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, including system testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencement of work.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel.
• Provide clear direction, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high safety standards.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and completion certificates.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the client.
