Our collaborative approach brings together developers, engineers, architects, and building managers to design, build, service, and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across various sectors.
Summary
We are seeking a Superintendent to join our dynamic team at Enersolv Design & Build. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining timelines and budgets while fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
® Be available to field calls from all site foreman
® Be a presence for site meetings on each site
® Asses schedules and insure adequate manpower is available and insure manpower is used efficiently
® Be present for groundwork, review barrels and invert elevations with foreman
® Insure canning drawings are ready and accurate
® Rough in process and systems are explained and being executed
® Create a leadership team on site and hold leaders accountable
® Responsible for site underground and layout drawings execution.
® Insure site is preloaded with materials properly
® Track equipment and long lead time items with PM.
Requirements
5-10 Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools such as ProCore.
Good computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and Microsoft projects.
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on quality control.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Experience with budgeting and construction estimating is essential.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
