We are looking for Production supervisor B.tech mechanical. please find job details given below:-
Location :- Sampla ( Haryana ) On between Rohtak and Bahadurgarh
Salary upto 16k per month
JD :-
Directly supervising hourly production. Tracking absenteeism and time-keeping. Ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff. Appraising workers' performance. Rewarding or disciplining employees. Can study BOM & drawing details. Inspects work in progress & finished products as per Drawings. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance & quality of product Maintain time & production records Basic knowledge of cutting, fitting of die, welding/painting for quality check on work done by team Knowledge of conducting inspections. Perform other duties as assigned
Communication skills Team leadership skills Knowledge of measuring tool- Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape etc. Reporting skills Productivity Confidentiality Problem solvings Reading comprehension and decision making Ability to create and update documentation
