Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Supervisor located in Rajapalaiyam, with flexibility for some remote work. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and guiding daily mechanical operations, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and training team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role

Experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or production environment

Understanding of mechanical systems, engineering principles, and maintenance procedures

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and prioritize repairs

Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Knowledge of safety regulations. and ability to maintain a safe work environment.

Experience with computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), or other mechanical software is a plus

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a manufacturing environment,
