Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians and workers.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to improve mechanical efficiency.
• Train and guide junior technicians and workers.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or supervision.
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems,PPC
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
✅ Leadership and team management skills.
✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
✅ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
