Job Description
Drone Assembly:
• Assemble drone frames, motors, propellers, landing gear, and other mechanical components according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Install and secure electrical wiring, sensors, and other electronics into the drone structure.
• Ensure proper alignment, torque, and fastening of mechanical parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
• Perform functional testing of assembled drones to verify operational integrity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during the assembly process and after testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems.
Quality Assurance:
• Inspect all components and assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Document and report any defects or discrepancies found during the assembly process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Maintenance & Calibration:
• Maintain assembly tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Calibrate measurement instruments and ensure they are used correctly during the assembly process.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly jigs and fixtures.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made to the drones.
• Follow company procedures for version control and document management.
